Interim management of Radland GmbH "Partial sale of operations"
Due to reorganization, the entire “active mobility” sub-operation, including Radland activities and the nationwide Nextbike bicycle fleet were to be outsourced to a newly-founded company within a few weeks. Jürgen Kaiser took over the interim management of the acquiring company at short notice and, together with a transaction lawyer, achieved the partial business spin-off in a very short time.
